If your family has a Disney+ subscription and a toddler, chances are Bluey is already on heavy rotation in your house. Good news for cruisers: the beloved Blue Heeler sisters continue expanding across Disney Cruise Line in 2026, after debuting at sea in 2025.

Where and when to find Bluey onboard

Bluey and her little sister Bingo made their Disney Cruise Line debut on the Disney Wonder during its Australian season in January 2025, and the program has since expanded to more ships and itineraries. Per Disney Cruise Line’s official Bluey page, they are now sailing on the Dream and Wish — and coming to the Wonder from San Diego in October 2026:

  • Disney Dream — sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with Bluey programming on select voyages since February 2026
  • Disney Wish — joining the lineup out of Port Canaveral starting June 2026
  • Disney Wonder — debut ship in January 2025; Bluey returns October 2026 from San Diego on select sailings

Important: Not every sailing on these ships includes Bluey programming. Offerings may vary by sailing length and itinerary, and European sailings are excluded. What the experience actually looks like

Disney has built out a full day of Bluey-themed fun rather than a single quick photo op. Highlights from Disney Cruise Line’s official offering include:

Wakey Wakey with Bluey and Bingo

A high-energy morning wake-up-and-wiggle party packed with dancing, games, and Dance Mode! — designed to get the whole family moving early in the day.

Character meet-and-greets

Face-to-face time with Bluey and Bingo, complete with photo opportunities.

Who’s Behind the Curtain?

A family-friendly game show where guests ask yes-or-no questions to guess who’s hiding. When the big reveal happens, it wraps into a celebration / dance party.

Bluey’s Favourite Games

Show favorites brought to life at sea, including Keepy Uppy and Ground is Lava, plus a scavenger hunt and Bluey-themed crafts.

Bluey and Bingo’s Pyjama Party

An evening wind-down (also promoted as the Pyjama Bash) — pop on your coziest PJs for freeze dancing, interactive games, silly surprises, and a special character appearance. Disney pitches it for kids, mums, dads, and even grannies.

Guests should check the Disney Navigator App as soon as they board for the exact daily schedule, since timing can vary by sailing. Many families find the embarkation-day meet-and-greet — typically held in the early afternoon — is the least crowded opportunity of the whole trip.

Why this matters for families

Bluey has become one of the most-watched children’s shows in the world, and for families with kids roughly ages two to eight, meeting Bluey and Bingo carries the same excitement as meeting a classic Disney princess or superhero. Disney’s broader partnership with BBC Studios also means this is just the beginning — Bluey experiences are also rolling out at Disneyland and Walt Disney World in 2026, and a Bluey theatrical film is on the way in 2027.

Tips for booking a Bluey-themed cruise

  • Choose your ship based on your priorities. The Disney Dream offers longer 4–5 night sailings with rotational dining and the AquaDuck water coaster — a solid pick for a first Disney cruise. The Disney Wish offers shorter 3–4 night sailings with newer, more elaborate ship design. The Wonder’s San Diego return (from October 2026) suits West Coast families on select dates.
  • Book a longer sailing if you can. A four-night (or longer) cruise gives your family a better shot at catching the full range of Bluey activities without feeling rushed.
  • Confirm the sailing includes Bluey programming. Since it’s offered on select sailings only — and European itineraries are excluded — verify before you book.
  • Check the Navigator App on embarkation day. Schedules can shift slightly from sailing to sailing — that’s the most reliable way to plan around Bluey events.
