Per guest, per night
Official Disney guidance (confirm before you sail): standard recommended gratuity is $16.00 USD per night, per stateroom guest, including infants and children. Concierge staterooms and suites are $27.25 per night, per guest, covering the extra Concierge host/lounge support as well as dining and stateroom teams.
Prepaid optional gratuities are distributed among dining room server, assistant server, head server, and stateroom host (plus Concierge roles when applicable).
Auto-add, prepay, or adjust
- Default: if you don’t prepay, Disney adds the recommended amount to your onboard account.
- Prepay: via My Reservations online (or ask your travel agent) for a carefree folio.
- Adjust onboard: visit Guest Services if you want to change or remove the optional amount.
Not covered by the daily amount
- Adult / premium dining (Palo, Remy, Enchanté, etc.)
- Bar, beverage, wine, and deck service tabs
- Spa & salon
- Room service, Port Adventures, and most shop / poolside extras
Disney currently notes an 18% gratuity added on bar, beverage, wine, adult/premium dining, deck service, and spa services — charged to your onboard account. Room service and some venues may still invite an additional discretionary tip; follow the check and Guest Services guidance on your sailing.
