Arrival group → Key to the World

  1. Arrive in your assigned port arrival window — earlier isn’t always better if security is still opening; later can mean longer outdoor waits.
  2. Drop checked bags with porters (tip customary) before you enter security when the terminal offers that flow.
  3. Security + check-in — have booking confirmation / Port Arrival QR and IDs ready.
  4. Key to the World cards are your room key, charge card, and youth-club ID. Keep them on a lanyard once onboard.
  5. Photo stop / gangway — smile, then head onboard. Your stateroom may not be ready yet; public spaces and lunch are.

Must-dos before sail-away

— Bags timing

Checked luggage is delivered to your stateroom throughout the afternoon — not all at once. Pack evening clothes and meds in carry-on so you’re never waiting on a bag for dinner.

— Keep going
