About Randi
Hi, I’m Randi, owner of Salt & Compass Travel Co. and a Disney Cruise Line specialist who genuinely loves helping families experience everything that makes a Disney cruise so special. I’ve sailed Disney Cruise Line myself, including Concierge, and I bring that firsthand experience into every vacation I plan.
Whether you’re trying to choose the right ship and itinerary, wondering which stateroom is best for your family, or have absolutely no idea what to expect on your first Disney cruise, I’ll walk you through it all. My goal is to take the overwhelm out of planning while making sure you don’t miss the details and experiences that matter most to your family.
She’s planned 30 Disney sailings, sailed six times herself aboard Treasure, Wish, Destiny, and Fantasy, and works from Bettendorf, Iowa. From the day you choose your cruise until it’s time to step onboard, you’ll have someone in your corner who knows Disney Cruise Line and cares about the details as much as you do.
